Stress levels have gone back down. The weather has been amazing here too, which I think helps. No more cold and rain (until the weekend, at least)!
But I think the biggest help was the support from people who know me... and one certain person who had to weather my miserable mood whenever I wasn't working.

I know you're going thru a tough time. This advice may seem unempathic but you need to keep your hopes up. Think positive, remain optimistic. Troubles may seem overwhelming but I know you are someone with the skills to do it. You still need to give yourself breaks in between and do the stuff that makes you happy. Do not take on more troubles than you can deal with, which you tend to do. You have enough to deal with. Other people have to learn to be mature and deal with their own problems--its not your responsibility. Tried taking panadol or Nurofen (ibuprofen) for the pain? Try panadol 2 tablets 4 times a day regularly til your wrist gets better. Don't wait for the pain to flare up b4 taking the panadol.
