Coming up in the elevator last night, I noticed something odd about myself. In dim light, my pupils have mismatched sizes. I've no idea why this is, and there's no other symptoms (no headache, no blurred vision, etc). I'll continue to monitor it and see what happens.

I'm surprised you could take this picture without looking freaky... now we can see you nicely plucked eyebrows and curled eyelashes... I never really see your eyes this green in real life... :D
Did you find out what was going on with your eyeballs? My daughter has experienced this 2 times this month. Nothing else going on - just the two pupil sizes.
I haven't had it checked by a doctor. Friends I've spoken to say it is unusual, but not uncommon either. I A quarter of people who visit my blog were searching on Google for "mismatched pupils", so there's plenty of other people with the same problem. :)
Whenever it happens, the left is always larger than the right, and it only seems to occur in low/moderate brightness. I think that each eye is just interpreting the "brightness" differently.
There's been no other symptoms (no headaches, dizziness, etc). If the mismatch wasn't so consistent, or I had other symptoms, I'd have it checked by a doctor more urgently. Hope your daughter is OK.
